Everyone knows that they should be drinking  more water, having some nearby  should hopefully remind you to have a drink.  By using a water bottle it lets you know how much you had been drinking.

 This  bottle has a straw goes to the bottom so you can drink from the bottle when it is upright without having to lift it up.  It is also tall enough that I can drink from it when it is sitting on my table. 

 

It has a handy loop  to hang it up and you can close the nozzle quickly if you want to throw it in your bag.
